It is right at the entrance to town off Highway 28. They will check your Government issued photo ID, make you a name tag so that the other participating businesses are able to recognize that you are the birthday guest for the day, and give you information and any birthday gifts that may be there for you from businesses that may not be open. Then they will send you on your way to collect all of your birthday presents from the participating businesses in and near Smoky Lake…!!
